Our Story

The Road to Homebuilding
Our construction experience starts in 1997 in Northern Virginia outside of Washington DC. Obtaining our Class A Contractors license and building more than 400 projects per year. In 2003, we brought that contractor expertise to Jerry’s home state of Texas.
Community & Knowledge First
Once in Texas, Jerry worked with Habitat for Humanity doing blitz builds to learn the home building process and attending Leonard Hauss inspection school, to gain the knowledge needed to start a homebuilding company.
Establishing Roots in Granbury
Our first projects were in 2003 building along the shores of Lake Granbury, in Granbury, TX. We incorporated in 2005 and the company grew steadily over the years with 100’s homes completed.
Real Estate & Design Expertise
Dana obtained her real estate license in 2006 and has the unique ability to evaluate property to establish costs to make ready for construction. In addition, her extensive experience in blueprint modification, selections, space planning, and budgeting, helps bring your vision to life. Together we truly enjoy the construction experience and creative process that goes with it.
